Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate for our Sierra Reno store. You will deliver a high-quality customer experience, ring up purchases, promote loyalty programs, and keep aisles neat and organized.

The role may include cross-training in multiple areas to support store needs. Qualified candidates demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards on the sales floor.
• Assist in store recovery and loss-prevention efforts as needed.
• Support cross-training in multiple store areas to cover business needs.
