Hexcel is seeking a temporary Recruiter for its Pottsville, PA location. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting, familiarity with Workday/ATS, and strong organizational skills.

Candidates must meet educational requirements and be able to work on-site at Hexcel facilities while adhering to employment laws and company policies.

Competenze

• Associate's degree required; bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting, staffing or HR experience.
• Experience with candidate phone screenings and managing multiple requisitions.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS; Workday experience preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Strong organization, communication and confidentiality skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Regular attendance on company premises required.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, primarily hourly manufacturing roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify qualified talent.
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Workday and related systems.
• Communicate with candidates regarding status updates, interviews, and hiring requirements.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks and employment documentation.
• Prepare offers, facilitate onboarding, and conduct new hire orientation activities.
• Generate recruiting reports and maintain positive relationships with candidates, managers, and HR partners.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements while performing other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, staffing, Human Resources, or related experience required.
• Experience conducting candidate phone screenings and managing multiple requisitions preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; Workday experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Regular attendance on company premises is required
