Job summary

Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team full-time in the United States. The Tech 3 will help maintain hallways, common areas, and turnover units while building a welcoming community for residents.

You will engage residents through events and communications, collaborate with other teams, track community metrics, and report insights. The role offers daytime hours, comprehensive benefits, and a 4–6 month project horizon, with compensation of $17.50 per hour.

Principal Objectives of the Tech

Principal Objective of Position: The Tech 3 maintains the hallways, clubhouse and other common areas of the property as well as completes all cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and any guest suites. The Tech 3 works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. #ZR

Work Hours & Benefits:
