Job summary

Hayes Gibson is seeking a Maintenance Tech 3 to keep our property clean and welcoming. The role covers hallways, clubhouse, common areas, and turnover units, with a focus on delivering a tidy, safe environment for residents and guests.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with comprehensive benefits and a 17.50 USD hourly rate. This is a 4–6 month project-based assignment that supports our community goals and offers growth opportunities within property management.

Principal Objectives of the Tech

Principal Objective of Position: The Tech 3 maintains the hallways, clubhouse and other common areas of the property as well as completes all cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and any guest suites. The Tech 3 works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.
