Hayes-Gibson-Property-Services is seeking a full-time Porter to maintain hallways, clubhouse, and common areas, and handle turnover cleaning. The role aims to foster a vibrant community with positive resident relations and retention.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–12pm, with compensation up to $20 per hour. Prior community-building experience and strong communication are valued as you help create an engaging living environment for residents.

Principal Objective of Position: The Porter maintains the hallways, clubhouse and other common areas of the property as well as completes all cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and any guest suites. The Porter works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.
