Job summary

Aerotek in Tempe, AZ is seeking an onsite Payroll (Time and Expense) Associate for a temporary-to-permanent role. You will process timecards and expense data, ensuring data integrity and providing strong customer service to contractors and clients.

The position offers $21.63/hour with a monthly bonus potential up to $333, and requires at least 2 years of customer service experience and an Associate's degree or equivalent work history.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a customer service related position.
• Associates degree or two years of applicable experience in customer service.
• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, and Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process timecards and time adjustments in the payroll system.
• Collect expense forms and record expense information in the payroll system.
• Audit time and expense data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with contractors/clients.
• Coordinate with field offices to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Communicate with clients and contractors to obtain approved timecards
• Audit time and expense processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Enter starts/terminations for field offices within 24 hours of start/finish
