Job summary

Aerotek has immediate internal openings for ON-SITE Payroll (Time and Expense) Associates in Jacksonville, FL. This contract-to-hire role pays $20.19 per hour with monthly bonus potential of up to $333.

The Time and Expense Operations / Payroll Associate handles time capture, expense processing, data integrity, and customer service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance across field offices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a customer service related position.
• Associates degree or two years of applicable experience in customer service.
• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, and Accounting preferred

Responsibilities

• Time processing and adjustments in payroll system.
• Collect timecards and record time data accurately.
• Monitor time and attendance against timesheet data.
• Run reports to identify missing information and variances.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met to process payments.
• Communicate with clients and contractors to obtain approved timecards.
