The Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico seeks adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate courses for Spring 2026 and/or Summer 2026. Temporary, part-time positions may be filled based on enrollment and offerings.
Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field; preferred MBA or Ph.D. and demonstrated teaching experience. Applicants should submit a resume and cover letter indicating teaching areas and availability to Han Li.
The Anderson School of Management's Department of Marketing, Information, and Decision Sciences at the University of New Mexico anticipates hiring Adjunct Faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in Spring 2026, and/or Summer 2026 semesters.
Departmental needs at this time may be best served by the hiring of temporary part-time faculty whose specialties are in the area of Marketing, Operations Management, Management of Information Systems, and other management courses within the undergraduate and graduate programs.
The Anderson School of Management is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International and is one of the few programs in the world to attain both an Accounting and Business Accreditation from AACSB. We offer BBA and MBA degrees in twelve concentrations, as well as a Master of Accounting (MACCT), an Executive MBA for working professionals, an MBA in Education Leadership, a Master of Science in Cyber Security and Business Analytics, and a Master of Science in Project Management. Positions are contingent upon need each semester as determined by student enrollment levels, current course offering matrix, and demand driven by graduation requirements. Positions may be filled or eliminated each semester up to the deadline for students to drop or add courses. Candidates who are selected for these positions will report to the Department Chairperson.

Adjunct Faculty at Anderson School of Management are currently compensated on the basis of their credentials and credit hour course loads. The typical pay rate for new Adjunct Faculty ranges between $4,919.91 - $6,979.91 per 3-credit hour course.
