Job summary

Montgomery College is seeking Part-Time Temporary Parking Enforcement Officers across all campus locations to staff a 25-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday. Hours will be set at hire and the position is non-bargaining, non-exempt, funded through June 30, 2027.

Officers patrol, issue citations with the Mobile License Plate Reader system, assist the public with parking information, and coordinate with Public Safety and external partners.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to accommodate assignment to other campus locations as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the area of responsibility and issue parking citations with the Mobile License Plate Reader.
• Assist citizens by providing information about parking ordinances, regulations, and parking locations.
• Serve as a welcoming, accessible ambassador to students, staff, and visitors, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Follow instructions and maintain courtesy while performing duties.
