JobSquad Solutions Team in Farmington, CT is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a 3-month temporary assignment. This onsite role requires immediate start and hands-on support for day-to-day HR tasks in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will assist with onboarding, orientations, employee relations, recruiting support, and HR data entry while maintaining confidentiality and adapting to HR needs across the department.

Qualifications

• Previous Human Resources or HR administrative experience preferred.
• Recruiting, onboarding, or employee relations experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with employees at all levels.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including required paperwork and documentation.
• Coordinate and assist with new hire orientations.
• Provide support with employee relations matters and employee questions.
• Assist with recruiting activities, including candidate communication, scheduling, and other recruiting support.
• Perform HR-related data entry and maintain accurate employee information.
• Assist with various administrative tasks and projects within the Human Resources department.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and HR documentation.
• Provide general support to the HR team and assist with other duties as assigned.
