Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in office support, inventory, or moving assistance is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mailroom packing and move preparation.
• Organize, clean, inventory, and pack materials in the 15th Floor storage room.
• Organize, clean, inventory, and pack materials in the 9th Floor storage room.
• Organize and pack supplies from the office snack closet.
• Sort, label, and pack miscellaneous office equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Assist in identifying and packing high-priority items for business continuity during the move.
• Prepare boxes, label contents, and maintain inventory records.
• Stage packed boxes and supplies for transportation to the new office location.
• Assist with moving supplies and materials throughout the office as needed.
• Support additional move activities and special projects as assigned.
