The position requires ASCP certification and at least 2 years of MLT experience, including recent blood bank work. You will operate analyzers and maintain equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety in a clinical laboratory environment.

Provides test results for patient diagnosis and treatment, analyzing blood cells microscopically. Prepares blood, plasma, and platelets for transfusions by conducting blood group, type, and compatibility tests. Ensures proper operation of laboratory equipment by calibrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining records. Collects, analyzes, and summarizes data to prepare reports on technological findings.

Critical Information

Shift: Afternoons, M-F 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, every other weekend 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Remote/on-site/hybrid: On-site Environment: Laboratory setting, compliance with safety and quality standards

Education / Licenses Needed

• ASCP certification required
