Unio Health Partners in Colorado seeks a Medical Assistant to support patient care across multiple locations. You will handle vitals, EMR documentation, and assist with procedures, ensuring a smooth and caring patient experience.

The role includes a mix of clinical tasks and administrative support, with travel to UNIO locations as needed. A Medical Assistant certification is preferred, and bilingual skills are beneficial to serve a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MA certification a plus; Phlebotomy cert a plus.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals, document intake forms, and explain instructions.
• Assist with procedures, room turnover, and patient relations.
• Prepare EMR with labs, studies, and post-op reports.
• Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment.
• Submit prior authorizations for meds, procedures, and labs.
• Assist with supply management and inventory.
• Support physicians and staff with phlebotomy, injections, and specimen collection.
