Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify HVAC issues and determine solutions.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
• Perform routine maintenance for optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Install and connect HVAC equipment including ductwork, vents, and piping.
• Promote IAQ products such as UV lights, air scrubbers and purifiers.
