Job summary

Synergy Fiber seeks a Temporary Low-Voltage Technician for a commercial project in Eugene, OR. Assist with installation, testing, and troubleshooting of structured cabling and low-voltage systems while ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with structured cabling or low-voltage systems preferred.
• Candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Pull, route, and secure CAT5e/CAT6 cabling in commercial environments.
• Build and organize telecom rooms and equipment closets.
• Install cable support systems (tray, ladder, J-hooks).
• Install and terminate structured cabling, fiber, and coaxial systems.
• Install low-voltage systems (security, CCTV).
• Terminate RJ45 connectors, outlets, and patch panels.
• Test and troubleshoot copper, coaxial, and fiber cables.
• Maintain a safe, clean job site and follow safety procedures.
