Job summary

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Manufacturing team as a Temporary Logistics Coordinator I. You will manage Alphazyme’s shipping/receiving and support inventory maintenance to fulfill customer demands, ensuring proper warehouse organization and documentation.

Responsibilities include inspecting and receiving goods, labeling and packing, arranging carrier shipments, supporting formulations and internal needs, and maintaining quality standards and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science preferred.
• Experience or training that covers relevant job duties.
• Knowledge of good documentation practices.
• Experience with ISO 13485 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and receive incoming goods and place into inventory storage locations.
• Create labels, package goods/materials, and transport to shipping location.
• Arrange carrier shipments and replenish shipping materials/labels.
• Support formulations to maintain internal inventory levels and fulfill make-to-order demand.
• Assist in formulation of solutions and buffers for internal and external requests.
• Maintain documentation through work instructions and records.
• Adhere to quality standards per policy and certifications.
• Keep warehouse and stockroom areas clean and organized, manage materials.
• Perform other duties as required.
