• Execute core Learning & Development Manager duties with accuracy and consistency
• Push back, respectfully, when an Adobe Captivate shortcut will cost us later
• Catch the small relentlessly curious details that derail general launches
• Keep Blackboard handoffs warm so Alamogordo partners never feel dropped
