Qualifications

• 2-year college degree or equivalent in Accounting or Inventory.
• Proficiency in Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in finance/inventory.
• Ability to analyze data and identify inventory discrepancies.
• 10-key proficiency and basic math computation.
• Familiarity with Qantel and System A preferred; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data entry to support inventory controls.
• Enter and verify product transfers for internal and external inventory locations.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets for date tracking and reporting.
• Identify discrepancies in daily manufacturing inputs and adjust stock accordingly.
• Download Qantel reports from System A and prepare Excel worksheets for reporting.
• Support inventory manager and finance leadership on projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
