Qualifications

• High School diploma and two years of administrative support experience.
• Experience in the insurance industry highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email.

Responsibilities

• Assist Underwriting with creating new and renewal applications, and data entry.
• Ensure applications are complete and well-documented on assigned accounts.
• Create loss runs or other reports; bind and invoice new and renewal accounts.
• Perform policy issuance quality analysis; process cancellations, non-renewals, reinstatements, endorsements, and audits.
