Job summary

Varonis is seeking an instructional technical designer to craft engaging web-based learning and eLearning content in a temporary six‑month role. You will build interactive modules, troubleshoot LMS behavior, and elevate learner experience through thoughtful design and clean code.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years designing and developing digital learning experiences for customer education, enablement, or L&D.
  • Proficiency with major eLearning authoring tools and multimedia workflows.
  • Experience with an LMS and content behavior within platform constraints.
  • Strong objectives, assessments, and measurable outcomes in design.

Responsibilities

  • Instructional Design & Learning Experience Development
  • Design engaging digital learning assets (modules, videos, interactive content, checks, job aids)
  • Create outlines, storyboards, scripts, and objectives for development reviews
  • Iterate content using feedback and product/process updates
  • Refresh content to stay current with product/UI changes and track status in systems
  • Coordinate updates, retirements, and consolidations with product changes
  • Package, test, and troubleshoot SCORM/xAPI deliverables for LMS compatibility
  • Collaborate with SMEs to gather accurate content and guide reviews
  • Manage multiple projects with timelines, version control, and asset management
  • Maintain course docs and back-end organization for ongoing updates
