Job summary

The State of Vermont's Land Use Review Board seeks an organized Information Management Technician in our Essex Junction office. This temporary, part-time role focuses on records, data, and information creation, supporting digitization projects and document custody.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in archival/library science or information science, or related fields, plus data analysis experience; strong Excel skills and the ability to collaborate with staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in archival, library science, information science, or business administration.
• OR Associate’s degree in business, information, or library sciences with two+ years of data analysis or records management work experience.
• OR High School diploma with six+ years of data analysis or records management experience.

Responsibilities

• Implements records management solutions to support operations, including digitization efforts.
• Plans, installs, reviews and refines records management processes and practices.
• Maintains databases, tracking systems and file management sites.
• Provides administrative and technical support to LURB staff on records management.
