Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a HR Generalist for a temporary role at our client in Pevely, MO. You will support plant leadership and handle daily HR operations, with emphasis on payroll processing and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR experience, proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage confidential information while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of HR experience, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Experience with FMLA, benefits, and HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support the Plant Human Resources Manager and leadership team with daily HR operations.
• Process weekly union hourly payroll for 250 to 350 employees and assist with salaried payroll adjustments.
• Administer and manage accruals, absenteeism, and employee benefits programs.
• Participate in employee relations investigations, resolve ongoing issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards while maintaining accurate documentation.
