Qualificações
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Prior facilities maintenance or engineering experience in a hotel, resort, commercial property, or industrial facility is preferred.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems and fixtures.
Responsabilidades
- Respond to guest-room maintenance work orders by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving a variety of maintenance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure guest-room equipment and fixtures remain safe and operational.
- Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs.
