Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Has prior facilities maintenance or engineering experience in a hotel, resort, commercial property, or industrial facility.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems and fixtures.

Responsibilities

Respond to property maintenance requests by diagnosing and resolving issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, doors, hardware, fixtures, and building systems.
Perform preventive maintenance across the property's public areas and facilities to keep equipment and systems safe and functional.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while escalating hazards or complex issues to Engineering leadership as needed.
