with a ½ hour lunch). Starting base pay is $22.70 per hour, with potential enhancement for Highly Qualified status. The role involves instructional and behavioral support for students in high needs programs under a licensed teacher, collaboration with staff, and duties within the school day calendar.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet District 833 Highly Qualified requirements.
• Ability to lift and transfer up to 50 pounds.
• Proven teamwork, confidentiality, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to special education students under a licensed teacher.
• Assist with implementing district policies and procedures including emergency procedures and confidentiality.
• Support students in reading, writing, and math and adapt materials as needed.
• Assist with daily living activities and transitions between classes.
• Document and report student progress and behavior to the supervising teacher.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality with students and families.
