Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other office productivity solutions; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Support and educate users on clinical and complementary applications.
• Identify and resolve issues; escalate for timely resolution.
• Provide high-quality service to end users per defined SLAs.
• Document business processes and run reports as needed.
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications and assist testing.
