Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of non-Exempt-Talent Recruitment experience required.
• High volume recruitment experience preferred (Contact Center).
• Strong attendance and work-performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Screen and select viable candidates and manage the candidate pipeline.
• Schedule candidates for onsite assessments and interviews to meet goals.
• Conduct initial interviews and reference/background checks as needed.
• Draft offer letters and communicate status professionally to candidates.
• Maintain compliance with client service agreements and employment laws.
