Job summary

The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood life plan community, is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for its Health Center Team. Our RNs ensure a safe, healthy environment and deliver person-directed care aligned to our philosophy.

The role is temporary up to 3 months with a 2pm–10pm shift. We seek candidates with an active RN license in Arizona and CPR certification; prior skilled nursing or senior care experience is preferred.

The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood life plan community, is hiring an experienced Registered Nurses for its Health Center Team. Our Registered Nurses (RN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.

Pay Range

$37 - $50/Hr. (DOE)

Shift

2pm - 10pm

Schedule

• WK1 Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• WK2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday

To Be Successful In The Role, You Would Have

• Current RN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior skilled nursing, senior care, post-acute or sub-acute care experience preferred

Work Duties Include But Not Limited To

• Facilitates nursing care provided to all residents and includes residents in decision making processes;
• Actively engages residents in participation in daily activities which are part of resident’s rhythm of daily life (including desired hygiene, grooming, and mobility);
• Assesses resident’s needs at the time of admission and continually evaluates residents’ condition during the duration of their stay and promotes the highest functional level of independence possible (keeping in compliance with state and federal regulations, and the community’s safety procedures);
• May lead and directs care partners by providing support, encouragement, and direction as appropriate;
