Job summary

The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood life plan community, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for its Health Center Team. You will provide nursing care to residents, support daily life activities, and uphold our philosophy for person-directed care.

Shifts are 10pm–6am with days varying; current RN license and CPR certification required; prior skilled nursing or senior care experience preferred. HumanGood offers a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state you are applying for
• Current CPR certification
• Prior skilled nursing, senior care, post-acute or sub-acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitates nursing care provided to all residents and includes residents in decision making processes
• Actively engages residents in daily activities as part of their rhythm of daily life
• Assesses resident needs at admission and continually evaluates condition to promote highest independence within regulations
• May lead and direct care partners by providing support, encouragement, and direction
