Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Marketing or similar field.
• 2 years of experience in Digital Media or Digital Marketing roles.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for video, graphics and layout.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Knowledge of web design and basic site management.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Produce, edit and disseminate digital content (web, blogs, press releases, podcasts, infographics, video).
• Manage website updates and social media posting.
• Coordinate media releases and liaise with leadership for approvals.
• Monitor social media inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
• Maintain all social media channels and digital assets.
• Collaborate with Administration and Program Leadership to improve strategies.
• Stay current with digital media trends and technology.
• Serve as media point of contact for press releases and interviews.
