Job summary

KBR is seeking a Logistics Warehouseman - Food Service for a temporary assignment in Dona Ana, New Mexico. The role supports military dining facility operations with a focus on receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of food service supplies and rations.

Projected assignment dates are September 15, 2026 to November 15, 2026, with roughly 70 hours per week. The position requires compliance with safety regulations, PPE use, and ability to operate forklifts and large box trucks as

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in food service warehouse, supply or military dining facility operations.
• Knowledge of DA PAM 30-22 and FM 10-23 regulations.
• Familiarity with Tri-Service Food Code (TB MED 530) governing storage, handling and sanitation.
• Ability to verify shipments against receiving documentation and manage shelf-life items.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and issue rations and supplies per procedures and docs.
• Use temperature devices to ensure proper food safety standards.
• Process deliveries and maintain inventory accountability.
• Operate vehicles to transport food items and supplies.
• Issue rations using DA Form 3161 and maintain records.
• Ensure stock rotation using FIFO and proper handling procedures.
• Prepare reports and maintain warehouse operation records.
• Coordinate movement and distribution for dining facility operations.
• Assist with site organization, housekeeping, and sanitation.
• Adhere to safety regs and PPE usage.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting and warehouse duties.
