Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Dona Ana, New Mexico, seeks a Logistics Warehouse General Foreman for a temporary LOGCAP NORTHCOM assignment. Projected dates are Sept 15–Nov 15, 2026, with a ~70-hour workweek in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting supporting military dining facility operations.

The role emphasizes receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing food service items; AFMIS usage; and strict inventory control. Strong safety adherence and the ability to lift heavy loads are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of documented, relevant experience.
• Experience using the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS).
• Familiarity with military food service regulations and policies, including TB MED 530.
• Proficiency in receiving rations and supplies and verifying shipments against receiving documentation.
• Ability to manage shelf-life items and maintain proper stock rotation.
• Experience processing Cost, No-Cost, and Production Transfers.
• Ability to store, stack, palletize, stage, and issue materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory management, storage, and property accountability procedures.
• Current SERV Safe Certification.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• A REAL ID is required for base access; Passport may be required for installation access.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and issue food service items in accordance with established procedures.
• Utilize Temperature Measuring Devices (TMDs) and receive rations delivered via Class I trucks.
• Operate company vehicles, including large box trucks, to transport supplies and materials.
• Issue rations using DA Form 3161 and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, rotation, and distribution of food service items using FIFO.
• Establish and maintain documentation files; prepare required reports and records.
• Coordinate material and equipment movement, stage supplies, and support warehouse operations.
• Set up and maintain work areas, including housekeeping and cleanup activities.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including PPE.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting as required.
