Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Experience in the medical device or medical manufacturing industry preferred.
• Proficiency with data entry systems and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM with strong accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload.
• Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter customer information, orders, and service requests into company database systems. Maintain and update customer records on a daily basis.
• Data Verification: Review, verify, and correct data discrepancies to ensure all information remains accurate and up to date.
• Documentation Management: Ensure all customer records and documentation are properly filed, organized, and easily accessible.
• Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive customer information with strict confidentiality and comply with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
• Perform additional duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
