Top Flight Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Temporary Credit Controller for an initial three-month booking in the Uxbridge area. The role is office-based, full-time hours, with an immediate start and a pay rate of £15.00 to £16.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will manage customer accounts, chase outstanding debts, reconcile accounts, and support the wider finance team while maintaining accurate records and using Excel to handle financial data.

Formación

• Previous Credit Control or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Confidence chasing outstanding debt and speaking with customers.
• Strong Excel skills.
• The ability to learn new finance systems quickly.
• Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
• An organised approach to managing a busy workload.
• Confident telephone and written communication skills.
• Availability to start on 1 October and commit to the three-month booking.

Responsabilidades

• Following up outstanding customer payments by telephone and email.
• Monitoring customer accounts and helping ensure agreed payment terms are met.
• Allocating incoming payments and maintaining accurate account records.
• Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries.
• Reconciling customer accounts and identifying outstanding or incorrectly allocated items.
• Issuing statements, invoice copies and payment reminders.
• Maintaining clear records of collection activity and customer correspondence.
• Assisting with aged debt reporting and updates on outstanding balances.
• Liaising with internal teams to resolve account and invoice queries.
• Using Excel to maintain, review and update financial information.
• Supporting the wider finance team with additional duties when required.
