Job summary

Top Flight Recruitment Ltd (Uxbridge Employment) is seeking an experienced Temporary Credit Controller to join a busy finance function for an initial three-month booking. You will manage customer accounts, chase payments and help keep accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires confidence in communicating with customers, strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Availability to start on 1 October is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Credit Control or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Confidence chasing outstanding debt and speaking with customers.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up outstanding customer payments by phone and email.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure payment terms are met.
• Allocate incoming payments and maintain account records.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment queries.
• Reconcile customer accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Issue statements, copies of invoices and payment reminders.
