Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Packager in Ocala, FL to sort, verify, package, label and weigh items per customer requirements. You will use scanners and WMS to locate and move inventory, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Shifts are Sun-Wed, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM with a $2 shift differential. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Possess strong oral and written communications skills.
• Must be able to work in a varied, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
• Ability to sit/walk/stand for long periods.
• Follow PPE standards in the distribution center.

Job Description

The Packager's primary responsibility will be sorting, verifying, packaging, labeling and weighing items into units in accordance with pre-established pack sizes, and customer requirements. The each sort Associate is also responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and safe environment.

• Receive and sort inventory into different totes.


• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers


• Utilizes pick sheet, customer order, work order, shipping order or facility WMS acquisition device to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed from temperature controlled or non-controlled rooms.


• Lift up to 49 pounds


• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts


• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around


• Other duties as assigned

SHIFT: Sun-Wed: 7:00PM - 05:30AM

PAY: $16.25 + $2.00 Shift Differential
