Job summary

Idlogistics in Ocala, FL is seeking a Packager Associate to sort, verify, package, label and weigh items into units per pre-established pack sizes and customer requirements. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site position includes lifting up to 50 lbs, using scanners and WMS, following PPE standards, and maintaining a clean, organized DC while supporting multiple duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stand and walk for long shifts; push/pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow all shift procedures and assist with other duties as assigned.

Job description

ThePackager'sprimary responsibility will be sorting, verifying, packaging, labeling and weighing items into units in accordance with pre-established pack sizes, and customer requirements. The each sort Associate is also responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and safe environment.

• Receive and sort inventory into different totes.
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Utilizes pick sheet, customer order, work order, shipping order or facility WMS acquisition device to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed from temperature controlled or non-controlled rooms.
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Other duties as assigned

SHIFT: Sun-Wed: 6:30am – 05:00pm

PAY: $16.25 + $1.50 Shift Differential
