Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates in Michigan is seeking a CNA for long-term care settings. You will assist nursing staff with patient care under nursing leadership and support patients with daily needs in line with facility policies.

Formación

• 2+ years of Long-Term Care (LTC) CNA experience – Required.
• Active Michigan CNA credentials.
• AHA BLS certification – Required.

CNA – LONG-TERM CARE

• 2+ years of Long-Term Care (LTC) CNA experience – Required.
• Active Michigan CNA credentials.
• AHA BLS certification – Required.
• Michigan LTC fingerprinting completed is a plus!

• Support patients with daily care needs in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care.
• Maintain high standards of performance and contribute to a positive patient and family experience.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members.

Important Attendance Policy:

• A strict three-strike attendance policy applies. Three absences or instances of arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in immediate termination. Qualifying circumstances, such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting documentation, may be reviewed.

Certification Required:

• BLS – American Heart Association (AHA).
