We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on, compassionate, and safety-focused care in accordance with each resident’s individualized care plan.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support to maintain dignity, comfort, and independence whenever possible.
- Perform restorative nursing procedures, including range-of-motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and other interventions to help maintain or improve functional abilities.
- Observe residents closely and promptly report any physical, emotional, or behavioral changes to licensed nursing staff (RN or LPN) to ensure timely care interventions.
- Provide prompt, efficient support to nursing personnel and contribute to a positive, team-centered environment.
- Work under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and uphold infection control practices and safety standards to promote a secure living environment.

About You
- Hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification issued by the State of Michigan.
