Job summary

Prospera Consultoria is seeking a Center Director to manage daily center operations, supervise lead teachers, and ensure compliance with Oregon licensing and federal standards. The role includes coordinating training, maintaining records, and fostering positive family engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in ECE or related field with relevant supervisory experience, and a commitment to inclusive, quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field with ECE credits.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Teacher in early childhood programs.
• At least 1 year of training/supervision of adults.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily center operations and supervise lead teachers.
• Ensure center compliance with licensing and federal/state standards.
• Coordinate professional development and training plans.
• Promote family engagement and community partnerships.
• Maintain safety, attendance, and education records.
