Acquire4Hire LLC is seeking a Center Director to oversee the health, safety, and quality of education for all children in the center’s care. You will supervise operations, curriculum development, staffing, and budget management in alignment with guidelines and long-range planning.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication with staff and families, and a commitment to high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• 5 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting.
• High energy and proactive mindset.
• Strong oral and written communications skills; technology skills.
• Ability to work well with others and foster a team environment.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Strong finance and budgeting skills.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must clear full background check and health screening.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in early childhood education or related field with at least 30 ECE credits.

Responsibilities

• Establish quality vision for the center; ensure adherence to quality standards and local regulations.
• Develop general educational curriculum; collaborate with staff on activities; comply with state/local rules.
• Maintain student records per enrollment procedures.
• Communicate with parents via newsletters and handbook; engage in community outreach.
• Approve menus and food purchases.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, tuition billing, HR and purchasing.
• Resolve conflicts to ensure a positive experience for all.
• Manage budget planning and review.
• Establish illness and emergency procedures; train staff appropriately.
• Implement strategic plan aligned with program mission.
• Maintain personal professional development plan for continuous improvement.
