An established industry player is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to support individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders. What You Will Do to Change Lives
Under direct supervision, the Case Manager II serves as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders, assisting them to live as independently as possible within their community.
Shifts Available:
TEMP: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday - May 20 - July 11
Expected starting wage range is $24.59 - $29.64. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on the location of the role. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Our teams collaborate closely with Kaiser's psychiatrists and psychologists to provide community-based services.
