What You Will Do to Change Lives

Under direct supervision, the Case Manager II serves as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders, assisting them to live as independently as possible in their community.

Shifts Available:

TEMP: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday - May 20 - July 11th

Expected starting wage range is $24.59 - $29.64. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range will depend on the geographic location of the role. Starting pay is based on relevant experience above minimum requirements.

Minimum Requirements (Must Have)
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. and two (2) years of experience in Mental Health or community services; or Associates degree and one (1) year of experience; or Bachelor’s degree in Social Services
  • Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle for client transportation

Our teams work closely with Kaiser’s psychiatrists and psychologists to provide community-based services.
