Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to every guest.
• Prepare, present, and serve beverages and related food products to recipes and standards.
• Process transactions through the POS following procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and Grade A standards.
• Supervise baristas and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Assist with stock, inventory, and other duties as assigned.
