Job summary

Faherty is seeking a Temp Production Assistant to manage daily production tracking, WIP updates, and AirTable maintenance, coordinating with the Production Director and overseas partners. This role also schedules fit sessions and reviews test/inspection reports to relay decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel and data-analysis skills, 5+ years in apparel production, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years production experience in Apparel with US buying office or large trading business.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for cross‑audience reporting.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to shift priorities quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute weekly delay reports and flag timeline issues.
• Compile weekly fit approval and delivery status reports for stakeholders.
• Chase outstanding PO issuance with factories and internal teams.
• Update and approve daily delivery status in WIP.
• Update and approve daily shortage/overage entries in WIP with factories.
• Maintain AirTable daily with up-to-date production data.
• Build and manage a priority list for fit sessions and scheduling.
• Review failed garment tests with Production Director and relay decisions to overseas partners.
