Fourth Floor is seeking an Assistant Production Coordinator to support full cycle apparel production. You will track stages, manage calendars, and coordinate with overseas factories and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, data accuracy, and effective communication to keep production on schedule and suppliers aligned with retailer packaging guides.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
• 0-2 years of experience; experience in apparel production, sourcing, or merchandising strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and apparel production processes a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis
• Experience with PLM and ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with overseas teams

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping track of every production stage
• Support and update T&A calendars
• Assist keeping track of delivery schedules and potential shipment risks
• Help prepare and distribute production status updates and WIP reports
• Assist in making and distributing order detail sheets to overseas offices in Excel format
• Help to make sure all documents are up to date and vendor packaging guides from retailers are correct
• Assist in tracking all sample stages
• Support team in tracking orders and updating outstanding confirmations
• Assist in communication with overseas factories
• Help maintain Excel reports, production trackers, and approval logs
• Keep internal systems up to date with production data
