This role emphasizes math and science instruction with flexible modalities, including virtual options. The ideal candidate holds PA State Certification for Middle School Grades 4-8 (4-6, Math 7-8) and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• PA State Certification for Middle School Grades 4-8 (4-6, Mathematics 7-8)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Successful prior teaching experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Teaches reading, language arts, social studies, mathematics, science in a middle school setting or virtual classroom as assigned.
• Develops lesson plans and instructional materials; adapts curriculum to student needs.
• Uses technology and instructional best practices to deliver instruction.
• Evaluates student progress and maintains records and reports.
• Communicates with parents regarding student progress and program details.
