Nami Nori Design District is seeking a Takeout Temaki Chef for our Design District location. Temaki is an open face sushi hand roll, crafted to order for takeout guests. You will lead the preparation area from start to finish, ensuring station readiness and on-time service.

Qualifications

• Prepare temaki items according to Nami Nori recipes.
• Maintain station readiness and accurate stock during service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to DOH regulations and FIFO rotation.

Responsibilities

• Set up temaki stations before service.
• Assist Chef on Duty with prep lists and ticket flow.
• Box temaki and portion caviar/ikura as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area.
