Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is assets.
• Warm and caring personality; ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Physical requirements: standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs, stairs and ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned residences to brand standards in a timely manner, including dusting, beds, linens, vacuuming, bathrooms and kitchens, windows, and guest supplies.
• Properly store, use, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Add thoughtful, personalized touches to enhance the guest experience.
• Respect and protect guest privacy and belongings while delivering exceptional service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
