Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Mountain Construction General Laborer for Telluride, CO. The role involves physically demanding outdoor work supporting residential and commercial projects, with duties ranging from site prep to material handling and basic construction tasks.

Work is in a high-altitude mountain environment, with long days and a typical 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule. Per diem and benefits are available for eligible days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding work.
• Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in mountain conditions and at high altitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, demolition, cleanup, and material handling.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely.
• Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, grading, and framing support.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site.
• Set up and break down temporary work areas and safety barriers.
• Support carpenters, operators, and trades to ensure smooth workflow.
